Wastewater Project Manager

From project award to completion, this position is in charge of overseeing all actions necessary for the successful completion of medium-sized public infrastructure projects.
The chosen individual can complete tasks on schedule and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Ensure specification compliance, achieve cost savings, and deliver quality.
Create and Managing Schedules, Coordination Drawings, and RFIs.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
Report to management on a monthly basis on the status of projects and any problems that are affecting their performance.
Maintaining strong connections with clients and engineers.
Necessary Skills:
Project management abilities (planning, executing, monitoring and closing) Time management abilities Excellent leadership abilities Strong communication skills Strong ability to make decisions and solve problems Technical knowledge of construction-related concerns Computer expertise (MS Project, Excel, Word, Sage, MS Outlook, AutoCad, Sage Timberline).
Financial expertise, including understanding of basic accounting principles and budget management.
Required:
Engineering bachelor's degree, construction management.
(Related experience will be considered in lieu of degree) A minimum of five years' experience in handling infrastructure projects for the public.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
